In the event of your furbabies going missing, whoever finds them can access your emergency info by scanning the QR code on their tag.

What to do when your pet goes missing
Simply log onto your MyKittyPup profile and report your pet as missing.
As soon as you've done this, an alert will be sent to the MyKittyPup family (within a radial geolocation of 5km from your home). Notifications will also be sent to local vets and shelters.
You can easily share the missing notification to your social pages ultimately widening the search. The more people looking the better the chances of finding your pet.
What to do if you've found a pet
If you do not have a smartphone, you can contact our call centre (the number is on the tag) or input the pet ID from the tag manually on our website. You'll then be able to view the pet's profile, which includes all the pet parent's necessary contact details.
